Re: Thank you for your service

In January of 2005 I was hired as the Director of Human Resources for Nodarse and Associates, a 200+ man Geotechnical, Environmental Consulting and Materials Testing firm with 5 offices in Florida. Upon being hired I was informed that we were in the process of bidding on several federal projects and were without an Affirmative Action Plan. I spent my first few days at Nodarse speaking with consultants and researching the best way to move forward on an AA plan.

On an internet search of Affirmative Action I came across SpeedEEO, and my first thought was "Why are consultants bidding out in excess of $4,000 for a service that SpeedEEO was offering for under $300?". I spoke with several employees at SpeedEEO, as well as some of their clients who have used the service. I was skeptical of the service, even after the references and thought, "If it does not work I only wasted a week and $300".

Within 1 week I was able to collect, key in and massage the data, pay the fee, and print out my Affirmative Action Plan. I have worked for companies in the past with AA plans, and could see no discernable difference in the consultant's version and the SpeedEEO version.

If that was all I received from SpeedEEO, I would have counted the $300.00 well spent, but I received much more. After completing the report I had several questions about assembly and preparation of the first year documentation. Richard Simon, of SpeedEEO, spent over an hour with me on the phone explaining in detail the forms, how to interpret the data, and how best to position the information in our plan. This hand holding was something that I did not expect from an internet site.

Since completing our AA plan, we have been bidding on several other federal projects and we anticipate a substantial revenue increase by opening this new market for us. I have referred SpeedEEO to several other organizations, and would recommend them to any organization looking to complete an AA plan in a timely, cost conscious manner.

Thank you SpeedEEO for helping me bring my organization into compliance.
