Personnel Activity Tracking Added to SpeedEEO

December15, 2004 - SpeedEEO now includes Personnel Activity Tracking as a free service when you purchase your completed Affirmative Action plan. The Personnel Activity Tracking Service can be used with any purchased Affirmative Action Plan by selecting the Personnel Tracking option on the SpeedEEO menu.

All companies are required to track all applicants, promotions and terminations and perform Adverse Impact Analysis to stay compliant. Many organizations don't have the systems to keep track of these activities or personnel activities may be stored on paper forms scattered among personnel files. SpeedEEO's Personnel Activity Tracking service helps companies keep all the important information together and maintain accurate information.

SpeedEEO's Personnel Activity Tracking Service includes the following features:

  • Ability to track all applicant data for your organization.
  • Ability to quickly review resumes, date of interview (if any), if an offer was extended and more.
  • Ability to track all Promotions, Transfers, and Terminations within your organization.
  • Ability to update employee counts automatically in the next year's Affirmative Action Plan.
