Addition of Adverse Impact and Monitoring Report Package

October 17, 2005 - The Personnel Activity Tracking Service in SpeedEEO now includes the ability to purchase Adverse Impact and Monitoring reports online for each plan for only $229. This feature is available for all completed Affirmative Action plans.

All companies are required to monitor all applicants, promotions, and terminations and create Adverse Impact Analysis and Monitoring reports at least every 6 months. With the Adverse Impact and Monitoring Package, monitoring reports are created by simply selecting the desired date range for the report.

SpeedEEO produces the Adverse Impact and Monitoring reports for a specific date range using the data entered in the Personnel Activity Tracking Service. The Personnel Activity Tracking Service is a free feature available for all completed SpeedEEO plans. The feature allows companies to track all applicants, promotions, and terminations within your company. Using the personnel data, companies can create their Adverse Impact and Monitoring reports.
